Heath Town Swimming Club’s 86th Annual General Meeting will be held on Thursday 26 November 2026 at 7.30pm in the soft play area at Places Leisure Centre, Wednesfield. All members, parents and carers are welcome.
At the meeting we will hear the Chair’s, Head Coach’s and Treasurer’s reports, vote on proposed changes to the club rules, and elect our Officers and Committee for the year ahead.
Nominations now open
Nominations for Officers and Committee close on Thursday 12 November 2026. Each nomination needs a proposer and a seconder, who must be fully paid-up members of the club and Swim England, and must be signed by the nominee to confirm they are willing to stand. Committee members must be 18 or over.

Only paid-up members aged 16 or over who were members on 12 November may speak and vote.
